Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services package, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies will be retained on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. As a result your content will always be secure, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite set of options, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our competent sysadmins to install and set up any software program and to solve any issue you may have with your VPS server.
